Meet Kenny
Owner & CEO
With more than 25 years in the HVAC and MEP industries, Kenny Schultz built his career the hands-on way, starting out in a service truck and working his way through installation, service, project management, and system design across commercial, residential, and industrial settings. A Vo-Tech graduate and pipefitter apprentice, he developed a strong technical foundation alongside real-world business experience— founding and growing his first HVAC company before exiting, then acquiring, scaling, and selling a second to private equity. Kenny believes in leading from the bottom up, earning trust in the field, and building teams that work toward a shared goal. Today, he helps HVAC and MEP businesses grow and transition without losing what made them successful.
